紫外光與陽光模擬
紫外光是造成戶外產(chǎn)品光降解作用的主要因素。Q8的熒光紫外燈可模擬陽光中最重要的短波紫外光,再現(xiàn)光照引起的材料物理性能的老化。根據(jù)不同的測試條件,有幾種不同的紫外燈管可供選擇。
Q8燈管
UVB-313燈管. UVB-313 燈管發(fā)出的短波紫外光比通常照射在地球表面的太陽紫外線強烈,從而可以最大程度的加速材料老化。然而,該燈管可能會對某些材料造成不符合實際的破壞。UVB-313 燈管主要用于質(zhì)量控制和研究開發(fā),或?qū)δ秃蛐詷O強的材料運行測試。
Q8 潮濕模擬
Q8提供兩種潮濕模擬方法。應用最多的是冷凝方法,它是模擬戶外潮濕侵蝕的最好方法。所有的Q8型號都可運行冷凝循環(huán)。因為有些應用條件也要求使用水噴淋以達到實際的效果,所以有些Q8型號既可運行冷凝循環(huán)又可運行水噴淋循環(huán)。

UVA-340燈管. UVA-340 燈管可極好地模擬太陽光中的短波紫外光,即從365 納米到太陽光截止點 295 納米的波長范圍。
在很多戶外環(huán)境中,材料每天的潮濕時間可長達12小時。研究表明造成這種戶外潮濕的主要因素是露水,而不是雨水。Q8通過獨特的冷凝功能來模擬戶外的潮濕侵蝕。在冷凝循環(huán)中,通過加熱試驗機底部水盤來產(chǎn)生水蒸汽。熱的水蒸汽使試驗箱在較高溫度下保持100%相對濕度。 在Q8的設計中,試樣實際上構成試驗箱的側(cè)壁,試樣的背面暴露在實驗室室內(nèi)空氣中。室內(nèi)空氣的冷卻作用導致試樣表面溫度比水蒸汽溫度低幾度,從而保證水蒸汽會連續(xù)不斷地在樣品表面凝結。這種冷凝水是很穩(wěn)定的純凈蒸餾水。
在某些實際應用條件下,例如陽光下,聚集的熱量由于突降的陣雨而迅速消散時,材料的溫度就會發(fā)生急劇變化,產(chǎn)生熱沖擊,這種熱沖擊對于許多材料而言是一種考驗。Q8的水噴淋可以模擬熱沖擊和/或應力腐蝕。
